Payment Paypal is used for credit/debit card transactions. Delivery (UK) All orders will be dispatched within 48hrs of receipt and will be gift packaged before being securely post-wrapped. All orders will be sent by first class recorded delivery to give you added security and peace of mind. Delivery charge for each order is £1.95, so whether you order 1 item or more you will only pay one delivery charge. Delivery (Overseas) Please contact us for shipping costs and estimated delivery time. Returns If for any reason your jewellery is unsuitable, we will be happy to refund or replace it with any other item up to the purchase value. The returned item must be received by us in original condition with identification ticket still attatched, within 14 days of purchase. Please email first to obtain a returns identification number. You are strongly advised to send the package by recorded delivery as no resposibility will be taken for lost or damaged items. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage cost or cover the cost of return postage. Due to Health and Safety reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned. |
